Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some areas need a makeover urgently. The self-service breakfast was lacking cleanliness, making it hard to find a table in the morning.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Zagreb Arena with a big parking area and very polite staff, making it excellent for events at the Arena. However, the room setup allows noise to travel which can be disruptive, especially in the lobby area.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a vintage touch, including a living room, fridge, TV, and balcony, for good value. However, the breakfast self-service setup lacks cleanliness. Overall, a clean and budget-friendly choice.
The hotel offers acceptable rooms, although larger televisions and a microwave oven on each floor's central hall would enhance the experience. The breakfast is poor with self-service and struggles to find a clean table in the morning. The absence of slippers is a drawback, and the overall smell of smoke affects the ambiance.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't ready until late due to a busy morning, and it had a bit of a bland atmosphere with a lingering smoke smell. The self-service breakfast was subpar, and finding a clean table was a hassle. On the bright side, the service was helpful and professional, although they couldn't find our booking initially.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were dirty, lacked air conditioning, and had bugs and dust, although the check-in was delayed due to a high volume of check-outs. The breakfast was poor but self-service. On the upside, the service was perfect overall.
The hotel rooms were spacious, very clean, and a good value for money offering an entire living room with a fridge, TV, and balcony. However, the slippers were missing upon arrival, and the check-in was delayed due to a high number of late check-outs. The room decor was outdated and lacked coziness.
Stepping into the hotel felt like a time warp back to the 80s, with a strong smell of smoke lingering and outdated dining room decor. The self-service breakfast was lackluster, and finding a clean table in the morning was a challenge.
The hotel has a great location for exploring the city, but the rooms had a bad smell and were missing some amenities. The service was friendly but affected by the hotel being full. Breakfast options were average and sometimes poorly replenished. The facilities were lacking in some aspects, including depleted dining supplies.
The hotel has acceptable rooms with a need for larger televisions and microwave ovens would be a nice addition. However, my room wasn't ready until late due to a high number of check-outs. The hotel had a smoky smell, and the dining room decor felt outdated with a poor self-service breakfast experience.
